Thai Yoga Stretching
Thai yoga stretching, officially called Nuad Boran, is an ancient therapeutic practice that combines elements of Indian Ayurveda, assisted yoga postures, and traditional Chinese medicine.
Choose the session length that feels right for you, then send through your preferred time. Availability is checked across all bookings so you are only offered times that are genuinely open.

Zoom lessons
These Zoom sessions are hybrid, which means you are not watching a separate online version of the class. You are joining a real lesson as it unfolds in the studio, with the same atmosphere, live guidance and natural flow of a session in progress.
From home, you can still interact with the instructor by raising your hand, speaking up, or asking for support in the moment. And if you would prefer a more private experience, one-on-one Zoom classes can also be arranged on request.

Sessions are available from Friday to Sunday, with 90-minute bookings starting between 14:00 and 17:00 and the final session ending at 18:30.

The session felt calm from the first few minutes. Everything was clearly guided, never rushed, and the pace made it easy to stay present.
I loved how grounded the practice felt. The flow was thoughtful, the breath cues were simple to follow, and I left feeling lighter in my body.
