Thai yoga stretching, officially called Nuad Boran, is an ancient therapeutic practice that combines elements of Indian Ayurveda, assisted yoga postures, and traditional Chinese medicine.

Zoom lessons

A live studio class, shared beautifully with you at home.

These Zoom sessions are hybrid, which means you are not watching a separate online version of the class. You are joining a real lesson as it unfolds in the studio, with the same atmosphere, live guidance and natural flow of a session in progress.

From home, you can still interact with the instructor by raising your hand, speaking up, or asking for support in the moment. And if you would prefer a more private experience, one-on-one Zoom classes can also be arranged on request.
